Designing & Execution

A large blue-chip company on the south east coast required a pilot tablet coating facility to be upgraded such that it could reproduce development work being undertaken in the USA. Looking at the environmental conditions (weather effect) and the toxic nature of the product this necessitated the development of a bespoke solution to dehumidify/re-humidify and include a much higher level of containment and product recovery on the exhaust system.

Epsilon worked with the client to provide a detail design solution which culminated in the provision of a major upgrade to the inlet and exhaust system along with significant controls integration. The project was executed under the time allocated providing a commercial advantage to the development of a specific compound. Project costs were in the region of £150,000.
